KREW. My studies throughout the ages have led me to believe that genius is essentially a nervous affliction; and the spontaneity of intellectual faculties is much the same as madness. Indeed, all great wit has a necessary alliance with insanity. Socrates believed he was accompanied a demon (but little did he know, his familiar was yours truly). The insane temperament is always purposeless, irregular and deviant. Whilst this can rarely be said of the genius, the genius is also full of capricious rebellion and discord. Both mentalities seem to arise out of morbid conditions. Alas, the fertile grounds of genius can never be predicted or cultivated in advance; and whilst a good education and happy childhood always favour sound mental development, the hammers of Nature may at one stroke produce a savant, and at the next an imbecile. So what of Future Jack? His condition is wretched, the diagnoses manifold. Does he suffer from a narcissistic victim disorder? A paranoid persecution mania? Or is his persecution quite genuine but denied by the doctors? Indeed, the psychiatric treatment of “disturbed” individuals is often applied illegally, principally because medical elites expediently confuse therapeutic methods of mind-control with governmental methods of social control. Such compulsory “therapy” is nothing less than state sponsored tyranny. But the real evil is the converse case – when a cure is withheld indefinitely – when doctors are only intent on procrastination and frustrating a patient’s progress into reclaiming ownership of their own body. Perhaps you think Future Jack is just a degenerate Borstal boy? An infantile transsexual? An effeminate sissy? A pseudo-intellectual? A stage magician? A fake philosopher? Or is he a genuine prophet born into an age of madness? Whatever you may think, one thing is certain: only a madman would summon the Selenites; for they are the most sinister of demons, and their ways are full of inscrutable intent…
